Gérard Borin was born in 1955 in Grenoble (France). Engineering Graduate from ISEP in 1978, he started his professional career in 1979, as a computer science engineer in a large national center. As of 1988 he worked in a firm as a commercial engineer in the software information sector fabricating storage systems for database. In 1994 he created SGA² in association with professionals specialized in the field of intellectual property and finance.
